Shanehi Shah

Shanehi Shah is an experienced professional specializing in employee engagement, community development, and social impact. Currently serving as the Manager of Employee Programs & Inclusion at Generate, Shanehi leads initiatives to enhance organizational culture and employee belonging. As a Board Member at Women of Renewable Industries and Sustainable Energy (WRISE), strategic initiatives are directed to support women in the renewable energy sector. In addition, Shanehi operates as a Social Impact Consultant, developing strategic plans for various organizations.
