Katie Sullivan

Katie Sullivan serves as General Counsel at Generation Capital since November 2022. Previously, Katie held the position of Foreign Legal Counsel at Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg LLP from May 2020 to November 2022, focusing on private client matters. Earlier experience includes an associate role specializing in estates and personal law at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP from September 2013 to May 2020, as well as a summer associate position within the same firm in 2012. Additional internships were completed at Torys LLP, the New York City Landmarks Preservation Commission, and Storch Amini & Munves, PC, alongside a role as an English teacher for EPIK between July 2009 and August 2010. Academically, Katie obtained a Doctor of Law (JD) from New York Law School and an Honors Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in History from Queen's University, with initial education at Université de Neuchâtel as an Ontario Scholar.
