Gabriela Paranhos

Gabriela Paranhos is currently the Regional COO for Generation in Latin America, and has served as Interim CEO for both Mexico and Brazil. Prior to joining Generation, Gabriela was a McKinsey Fellow at McKinsey & Company, where Gabriela held roles as Engagement Manager and Junior Engagement Manager. Additionally, Paranhos has experience as a Partner and Equities Research Analyst at Argucia Capital Management. Gabriela holds an MBA from INSEAD and has a Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro.
