David Kolczynski

David Kolczynski has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. David currently serves as the Owner and President of Generations Child Care, a locally owned child care center in the Greater Rochester Area. Prior to this, they held the same role at Care-a-lot Child Care centers. David also has experience as the President of A Beautiful Place, LLC, which manages vacation rental properties. Additionally, they worked as the President of AJSEK Advisors, a management consulting firm specializing in assisting small to medium sized businesses. David has also held senior positions such as the Director of Engineering and Operations at Construction Robotics, the Chief Operating Officer at ET Precision Optics, and the Director of Engineering and Director of Operations at QED Technologies International, Inc. Earlier in their career, they served as the Director of Manufacturing at CVC Products and as an Operations Manager at Valeo/ITT Automotive/Delco Products.

David Kolczynski has an educational background in both Industrial Engineering and Business, obtaining an MSIE degree from Stanford University in 1992. Prior to that, they earned an MBA degree in Finance from St. John Fisher University in the period of 1989 to 1994. In their earlier years, from 1983 to 1988, they pursued a BSEE degree in Electrical Engineering at Kettering University. David completed their high school education at Clyde Savannah High School, receiving a NYS Regents Diploma in 1983.
