John Mastrocola

John Mastrocola possesses extensive experience in the healthcare sector, particularly in post-acute care services. Currently serving on the Senior Leadership Committee at Generations Healthcare since October 2009, John has held various leadership roles, including Director of Regional Operations for both the Central and Southern Regions, managing operations across multiple counties and overseeing a 121-bed facility in Henderson, Nevada. Additionally, John owns and directs Main Line Marketing and Management, LLC, which specializes in business development and leadership advisory for healthcare clients. Previous roles include Senior Regional Administrator at North American Health Care, recognized as Regional Administrator of the Year for three consecutive years, and CEO of Royal Care at Covenant Care, where John led operations for multiple skilled nursing facilities. A retired Commander from the US Navy, John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus in Finance from Villanova University.
