Kim Watson Odpc

Kim Watson has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Kim currently holds the position of Senior Vice President of Operations at Generations since April 2022. Before that, from November 2021 to May 2022, they served as the Executive Vice President of People, Culture, and Quality at Health Dimensions Group. Additionally, they were Vice President of Consulting Services at Health Dimensions Group from July 2021 to November 2021.

Prior to their role at Health Dimensions Group, Kim Watson worked at VIVAGE as the Regional Director of Operations from December 2017 to July 2021. From March 2014 to December 2017, they held the position of Vice President of Operations at Nye Health Services.

Kim Watson's career started at Golden Living, where they held various roles over the years. Kim was an Area Vice President from May 2013 to February 2014, Director of Operations from an unknown start date to July 2013, Director of Clinical Services from an unknown start date to 2011, and a Clinical Services Consultant from an unknown start date to 2007.

Kim Watson ODPC, NHA, RN has attended Dakota Wesleyan University and graduated from Groton High School. They have obtained additional certifications such as the Organizational Process Certified Professional from the Institute of Organization Development in 2021 and the Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach from Gallup in 2019. Kim also holds certifications as a Nursing Home Administrator and a Registered Nurse from the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies.
