Alastair Thomann

Alastair Thomann has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Alastair began their career in 1995 as a Management Trainee at Radisson Edwardian. Alastair then worked as a Consultant at Arthur Andersen from 1997 to 2002. Thomann joined HPI Germany Hotelbesitz GmbH in 2002 as the Director of Operations. In 2007, they moved to Pentahotels, where they held various roles including Vice President Operations - Europe, Managing Director - Europe, and Managing Director. In 2017, Thomann became the Chief Executive Officer of Generator, a position they held until 2019 when they became the Chief Executive Officer of Freehand.
