Jean-Philippe Durand

Jean-Philippe DURAND has extensive work experience in the finance and hospitality industries. Jean-Philippe is currently the Head of Finance and Human Resources at Generator Hostels Paris since May 2022. Before that, they worked at Louvre Hotels Group (Jin Jiang International) as a Group Internal Control Manager from October 2018 to March 2022, where they were responsible for designing risk assessments, writing procedures, and conducting operational audits. Prior to that, they were a Regional Financial Controller at Radisson Hotel Group from 2014 to September 2018. From 2009 to 2013, they served as the Hotel Accounting Manager for Louvre Hotels Group and before that, they worked as an Accounting, Projects, and Audit Manager at Masterlease Ltd from 2004 to 2009. Jean-Philippe started their career as a Senior Consultant in Accounting and Finance Organization at Partenance Conseil & Associés (SSII) from 2001 to 2004.

Jean-Philippe DURAND obtained a Master degree in Finance with a specialization in Accounting expertise from Sacrée coeur High School (Saint Maur- France) in 1995. In 2013-2014, they attended ISC Paris and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Audit and management control. Jean-Philippe also pursued an MBA in Audit et contrôle de gestion at ISC Paris during the same period. Additionally, they obtained an MBA in Audit and Management with a focus on Finance from ISC Paris in 2013-2014.
