Brian Jeans

Brian Jeans, MSc has a diverse work experience in the energy industry. Brian currently serves as the Chairman of the Board at Generator Supercenter-Heartland, where they ensure the provision of top-of-the-line Generac generators and skilled technicians for standby power consumers. Previously, Brian worked at Wincoram Asset Management as a Wincoram employee. Brian was also the Managing Partner at JH Equity Partners, where they focused on direct investments in growth-oriented middle market businesses. Brian's role as the Executive Director - Origination at NextEra Energy involved managing the origination of oil and gas opportunities and securing supply and midstream transactions. Brian held the position of Partner and EVP Commercial & BD at Centurion, where they directed acquisition and divestment activities and oversaw the development of midstream/downstream infrastructure. Brian also gained experience as the NA Business Development Manager at BHP, where they negotiated long-term midstream agreements for oil, gas, and water. Additionally, they contributed to the launch of a standalone Master Limited Partnership for the midstream operations at Hess Corporation. Earlier in their career, Brian served in a business development role at BP North America Gas, where they were involved in board meetings and annual planning.

Brian Jeans, MSc, obtained a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences degree in Business from Louisiana State University in 2005. Brian later completed a Masters of Science degree in Oil and Gas Enterprise Management from the University of Aberdeen in 2009.
