Katrina Elaina Marban is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across notable companies. Currently serving as HR Head at Generika Drugstore since January 2024, Katrina has previously held positions such as Human Resources Generalist at CWD and Head of HR & Admin at ARTHALAND. With a strong foundation in HR management from Ayala Land, Inc. and Alveo Land, Katrina has demonstrated expertise in organizational communication and human resources strategy, reinforced by a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Communication from De La Salle University, conferred in 2001.
