Heather Cousins is an experienced professional in brand management and communications, currently serving as the Brand Manager at Generous Giving since February 2017, where oversight of the brand's voice, tone, and style is key. Previously, Heather held the role of Director of Communications and Director of Volunteer Strategies at the same organization, focusing on marketing efforts and volunteer training respectively. Prior to Generous Giving, Heather was the Director of Giver Services at the National Christian Foundation, serving over 400 clients in charitable giving strategy. Heather also worked as a Social Media Strategist at Lamar Advertising, developing strategies to enhance brand engagement, and gained early experience as a Marketing Intern at Golf Channel, where Heather contributed to various marketing initiatives. Heather holds a Bachelor of Science in Event Management from the University of Florida.
