Michele Serra

Michele Serra possesses extensive experience in operations and analytics, currently serving as Head of Operations and Analytics at Genertel and Genertel Life. Previously, Michele held the position of Director at the R&D and Innovation center (formerly CESTAR) and was responsible for Product Development, Delivery, and R&D. Additionally, Michele contributes as a Board Member for both the RCAR - Research Centers for Automotive Repair and the Telematic Service Provider Association. Michele's educational background includes programs at IMD and INSEAD.
