Mary Alden Hildreth

Mary Alden Hildreth is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in merchandising and brand management. Currently serving as Co-Owner of Kitschy Collective, LLC since December 2019, Hildreth oversees an online retailer specializing in original party supplies. As Senior Director of Merchandising at Genesco since February 2018, Hildreth has been responsible for inventory management, assortment strategy, and e-commerce operations, while also managing business intelligence operations. Hildreth has taught merchandise planning courses as an Adjunct Professor at Belmont University and O'More College of Design. Previous roles include Director of Merchandising and Brand Management at Shoes For Crews, where Hildreth developed the company's first merchandise financial plan, and Associate Merchandise Manager at SureGrip Footwear.
