Melanie Cabelka is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software quality assurance and compliance. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Technology, SQA at Genesco since February 2024, Melanie previously held the position of Director of Quality Assurance at Insight Global from March 2022 to February 2024. Prior roles include a Senior Leader in Technology Quality & Support of Software Quality at Amazon Whole Foods and Director of Engineering for Software Quality and Compliance at ChiroTouch. Melanie's career commenced in software engineering at Cubic and includes significant contributions to quality assurance and efficiency improvements at Raytheon|Websense. Educational credentials encompass an Executive Leadership Program from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and degrees in Information Technology and Computer Information Science from UC San Diego and Coleman University, respectively.
