Tracy Augello

Tracy Augello is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Deputy Director of Human Resources for Genesee County New York since March 2022, Tracy previously held the position of Chief Administrative Officer at the Arc of Genesee Orleans from September 2018 to March 2022. Prior to that, Tracy worked as the Director of Human Resources at Anthony J Costello & Son Development/USAirports from March 2012 to September 2018, focusing on aligning HR initiatives with organizational strategies and managing employee relations. Additional experience includes serving as an HR Consultant at HRworks and as a Sr. Human Resource Manager/Business Partner at Global Crossing, where strategic HR support was provided to various international operations. Tracy began the career as a Technical Recruiter/Consultant at Key Resources and holds a BS in Organizational Management with a focus on Human Resources from Roberts Wesleyan University, complemented by studies at Alfred State College.
