Ethan Lawton

Ethan Lawton currently serves as the DD Child and Family Supports Coordinator at Genesee Health System since February 2025. Prior to this role, Ethan worked as a Senior Behavior Technician at Training & Treatment Innovations, Inc. from October 2018 to February 2025, providing one-on-one support to adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorders and collaborating with a BCBA to develop individualized therapy plans. Earlier experiences include positions as a Barista at Starbucks, Assistant Park Manager at Torzewski County Park, Intern at Recovery Technology LLC, and Intramural Programmer with the Student Government Association at Spring Arbor University. Ethan began professional work as a Tent Manager for Jake's Fireworks, Inc. Ethan earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Spring Arbor University in 2018.
