Brandon Beardsley

Brandon Beardsley has had a diverse and extensive work experience. Brandon started their career as an Account Manager for Carrier Corporation in 2001. Brandon then worked as a Senior Business Analyst at Cavalry Group, Inc. from 2003 to 2010, specializing in regulatory compliance, information security, and internal audit. From 2005 to 2010, Beardsley served as Vice President at Cavalry Solutions, where they helped clients operate securely and efficiently through the flagship product CavalryCompass. Brandon then joined PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Senior Associate in Risk Management from 2011 to 2012. Since 2012, Beardsley has been working at Genesee Regional Bank, where they have held various roles including VP of Internal Audit Manager, VP of Risk Management Officer, and currently as VP of Commercial Relationship Manager. In their roles at the bank, they have developed and managed risk management departments, ensured regulatory compliance, implemented security measures, conducted audits, and supported examination efforts.

Brandon Beardsley attended SUNY Geneseo from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration. In 2017, they enrolled in the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking and The Wharton School, obtaining a Graduate School of Banking degree in Banking and Financial Support Services and a Leadership Certificate in Organizational Leadership respectively. Additionally, Brandon holds certifications as a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) from The Institute of Internal Auditors Inc. and as a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) from ISACA.
