Justin Ducharme

Justin Ducharme is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in commercial banking and relationship management. Currently serving as the VP, Senior Commercial Relationship Manager at NBT Bank since April 2021, Justin has a proven track record in commercial lending and portfolio management. Prior roles include VP and AVP positions at Berkshire Bank, as well as experience as a Credit Analyst/Portfolio Manager at Kinderhook Bank, and a Commercial Lender at Enterprise Bank. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, earned in 2009.
