Paul Bariana

Paul Bariana has a diverse work experience history. Paul started their career as a Customer Service Advisor at RAC in June 2014. In November 2012, they worked as a Crew Member at McDonald's UK for about two and a half years. In 2015, they interned at KPMG for two months. From September 2016 to September 2019, Paul served as a Senior Audit Associate at KPMG, where they gained experience in auditing various sectors and overseeing the audit process for different companies. Paul then joined KPMG again in October 2019 as an Assistant Manager, responsible for high-risk audit areas and leading the statutory audit process. In August 2020, they transitioned to Tarmac, where they worked as a Cash Flow Analyst, analyzing and forecasting the company's cash flow. In August 2021, they were promoted to Group Reporting Accountant at Tarmac, where they ensured the company's year-end operating cash flow target was met. Most recently, in April 2023, Paul joined Genesee & Wyoming Inc. as the Head of Financial Reporting.

Paul Bariana completed their education at various institutions. Paul attended Ormiston Sandwell Community Academy from 2005 to 2010, where they obtained 13 GCSEs or equivalent qualifications with grades ranging from A* to C. In 2010, they enrolled in Stourbridge College and pursued A-Levels, achieving high grades in subjects such as Accounting, Business Studies, and Law. From 2013 to 2016, Paul attended The University of Manchester, where they focused on Accounting and Finance, earning a degree in that field. Later, in 2016 and 2017, they pursued a Graduate Diploma in Accounting at BPP University.
