Vikintas Pasilys

Vikintas Pasilys currently serves as the Head of Reporting Baltics at Swedbank since May 2024 and has held the position of Head of Financial Reporting at Swedbank Lietuvoje since May 2015, focusing on team development and high-quality regulatory reporting. Previously, Vikintas worked at SEB Lietuvoje from September 2006 to May 2015 in various roles, including Project Manager in the Finance Department, where responsibilities included managing Basel III projects and implementing management reporting processes, and as a Market Risk Analyst. Earlier experience includes a Senior Specialist role at the Ministry of Defence and a Specialist position at UAB Nelte. Vikintas holds a Master’s degree in Economics and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Physics from Vilnius University.
