Bill Leach

Bill Leach is a seasoned consultant and entrepreneur with extensive experience in organizational communication and change management. As the Founder and Principal of Big Sky Consulting Group since June 1998, Bill has played a pivotal role in providing strategic consulting services. In addition to this, Bill has served as an Affiliate Leadership Consultant at Genesis Advisers since June 2018 and as an Affiliate Consultant at Kintla since October 2017. Previous roles include Senior Associate at Dove Associates from January 1995 to June 1998, Sr. Change Management Specialist at Motorola from 1993 to 1995, and Analyst at VIA Consulting Group from 1991 to 1993. Bill holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Communication from San Diego State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Montana State University-Bozeman.
