Stephanie Lepine

Stephanie Lepine has a diverse work experience in the field of education. Stephanie started their career at Coulee Montessori in 2010 as a Teacher, where they developed Expected Learning Outcomes and achieved AMS Montessori Elementary I and II teaching certification. Stephanie also established positive relationships with students, parents, and staff and utilized assessments to create personalized interventions for student learning. Stephanie then worked at Intercultural Montessori Language School as a Montessori Elementary Teacher from 2013 to 2016. Stephanie joined Montessori School of Lemont in 2017 as a Montessori Elementary Educator. Currently, they are a Project Coordinator at Genesis Advisers, starting in 2022.

Stephanie Lepine obtained a Master of Arts degree in Montessori Education from St. Catherine University, where they studied from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, where they attended from 2002 to 2007. It is worth noting that no specific degree is mentioned for their time at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. Additionally, Stephanie obtained a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in October 2022.
