David Torres has extensive experience in the finance and banking sectors, currently serving as the MH Loan Originator Team Leader and Loan Officer at Genesis Bank since January 2023. Prior to this role, David held positions as General Manager and Sales Representative at Regional Enterprises from February 2022 to January 2023, and as VP - Underwriting Manager and Sr. Underwriter in Specialized Lending at Reliant Bank between April 2020 and January 2022. David also contributed to First Advantage Bank (FABK) as a Sr. Underwriter in the Specialized Lending Division from September 2014 to March 2020, after working as a Team Leader and Sr. Financial Counselor at 21st Mortgage Corporation from September 2008 to August 2014. David holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from Pellissippi State Community College, earned between 2013 and 2014.
