Jo Archer

Jo Archer brings a wealth of knowledge in human resource management, process improvement, information technology, government contracting, non-profit, and program management. She plans, directs, and implements policies for all areas of the human resources function, including staffing, compensation, benefits, training, employee relations, safety, and compliance. She advises and assists the CEO & COO in company operations with additional duties as assigned.

Jo served in the United States Marine Corps during the Global War on Terrorism. Her military expertise includes production control, logistics, and Helicopter Power Plants. After her separation from the military, Jo gained corporate consulting experience in human resources, IT, and government contracting, while earning her Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources with honors from the University of the Incarnate Word.
