Kim Allen is an experienced professional in operations and procurement, currently serving as the Director of Operations at Genesis Diamonds since April 2024. In addition to this role, Kim is a coach at Power 2 Heal, focusing on empowering women to transform their narratives and embrace their journeys. Previous positions include Procurement & Vendor Relations Manager at Brilliant Earth and various roles at Robbins Brothers, The Engagement Ring Store, which spanned over 26 years, including Director of Merchandise Operations and Bridal, Men's and Fashion Jewelry Buyer.
