Daniyarbek Shamshidin

Daniyarbek Shamshidin has gained extensive work experience in various roles and industries throughout their career. Daniyarbek currently holds the position of Head of Budgeting and International Reporting at Genesis Digital Assets, starting in April 2021. Prior to this, they worked at KPMG in Kazakhstan and Central Asia as a Manager from October 2020, and previously as an Associate from an unspecified start date until September 2020.

Before joining KPMG, Daniyarbek served as a Financial Controller at Louis Dreyfus Commodities from September 2015 to November 2018. Daniyarbek started their professional journey at Ernst & Young's Assurance Department in August 2011, where they worked until September 2015. Daniyarbek's early career began at JSC "KazAgroFinance" in the Risk Management Department from September 2010 to July 2011.

Daniyarbek Shamshidin completed a Bachelor's Degree in Management at Suleyman Demirel University from 2006 to 2007. Later, from 2009 to 2010, they pursued a Master's Degree in Management, specializing in Project Management, at the University of Stirling.
