Shankha Mukherjee, PMP

Shankha Mukherjee, PMP has over 20 years of work experience in project management and leadership roles. Shankha is currently serving as the Project Director at Genesis Digital Assets since 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Project Manager at Ampirical Solutions LLC from 2021 to 2022, where they successfully managed substation and solar projects for clients such as Ecoplexus, Jamison PV1, Westminster PV1, and EDP Renewables, Randolph PV1.

From 2016 to 2021, Shankha worked at ABB USA, first as a Project Manager for High Voltage Utility Substation Projects, and then as a Senior Project Manager for HV Cable Projects. In these positions, they oversaw the delivery and installation of HV cable projects for utilities in the USA and Canada.

Before joining ABB USA, Shankha held various roles at ABB Finland, including Contracts Manager for Power Systems from 2015 to 2015, Supply Chain Manager from 2012 to 2014, and Project Manager for Power Systems Export Projects from 2006 to 2009. Shankha also worked as an Assistant Project Manager at ABB Oy, Vaasa, Finland from 2003 to 2005, and as a Procurement Engineer for Substation Projects at Voltage Engineering Ltd in 2003.

Shankha's early career included serving as an Area Manager for Marketing & Sales at Midal Cables, Bahrain in 2003. Throughout their extensive work experience, they have demonstrated expertise in managing substation projects, negotiating contracts, leading project teams, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

Shankha Mukherjee, PMP obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology. Additionally, Shankha Mukherjee holds the PMP (Project Management Professional) certification from the Project Management Institute.
