Hani Alharthi

Hani Alharthi is a seasoned professional in project and program management, currently serving as Program Manager for the Central Region at the National Housing Company (NHC) since October 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Project Manager at RAZA Inc. from March 2014 to September 2021, overseeing projects such as Obhur City, and as Construction Manager for the Al Ra'idah Housing Complex Project in Jeddah. Hani also worked as Project Manager at Sana Almajd Contracting CO. from July 2010 to February 2014 and held the position of Architect at Zahran Holding from September 2007 to March 2008. Hani's educational background includes a Master of Engineering Management with a focus on Project Management from the University of Newcastle (2008-2010) and a Bachelor of Architecture from King AbdulAziz University (2002-2007).
