Chirag Kapoor

Chirag Kapoor is a seasoned professional in sales and customer retention with significant experience across various roles. Currently serving as a Sales And Retention Specialist at Genesis since June 2023, Chirag previously worked as a Sales Consultant at Brand Developers Limited from July 2018 to June 2023, where responsibilities included managing inbound and outbound customer calls and guiding clients towards suitable products. Prior to this, Chirag founded Ganesha Furniture Mart, serving as the Chief Sales Officer from July 2014 to June 2018, where Chirag established a furniture company focused on providing customized, budget-friendly home and office furniture. Chirag holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Business Administration and Management from Delhi University, completed between 2011 and 2014.
