Vinh Nguyen

Vinh Nguyen, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Vinh started their career in 2004 as an E-Commerce Manager at Tennis Express, where they managed online operations for a sporting goods retailer. In 2012, Vinh joined Enterprise Products as an Accounts Receivable Analyst and later served as an Intermediate Accounts Receivable Analyst and Commercial Analyst in the Offshore Pipelines division.

In 2015, Vinh transitioned to Genesis Energy, L.P. following their acquisition of assets from Enterprise. Vinh initially worked as a Commercial Analyst in the Offshore Pipelines Commercial Operations team before being promoted to a Commercial Representative role. In this position, Vinh was responsible for developing, negotiating, and finalizing contracts, including oil sales and purchases, gathering operations, and lease agreements. Vinh also approved budgets and collaborated with cross-functional teams to develop business development proposals.

Vinh's career progression continued at Genesis Energy, where they assumed the role of Senior Commercial Representative in the Offshore Pipelines Commercial Operations. In addition to their previous responsibilities, Vinh took ownership of the Asset Manager role for the Poseidon Oil Pipeline, one of the largest crude oil pipelines in the Gulf of Mexico. Vinh successfully negotiated and executed contracts that dedicated offshore crude oil production to the company's pipeline, projecting revenue of $4 million per annum over the next 10 years.

Throughout their work experience, Vinh has demonstrated their expertise in commercial operations, contract negotiation, financial analysis, and team collaboration. Vinh'scommitment to excellence and their ability to drive business development make him a valuable asset to any organization.

Vinh Nguyen holds an MBA degree in Business Administration and Management from the Mays Business School at Texas A&M University. Vinh is currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) degree in Entrepreneurship from Walden University, with an expected completion date in 2023. Prior to their MBA, Vinh obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in International Business from the University of Houston-Downtown. Vinh also holds an Associate of Arts (AA) degree from Houston Community College. Vinh has received additional certifications, including being a Doctoral Student Researcher from the CITI Program (obtained in September 2022) and being recognized as a Texas A&M MBA Graduate from the Mays Business School (obtained in May 2015).
