Nancy McAlexander

Nancy McAlexander serves as the Director of Care Coordination at Genesis Health System since June 2013 and has also held the position of Director of Quality Management Services at Alegent Health since June 2003. In these roles, Nancy oversees operations and fiscal management of the Quality Department, achieving exceptional national performance scores. Prior to these positions, Nancy worked for Gentiva Health Services from December 1988 to June 2003, where responsibilities included regional compliance and quality assurance management. Additionally, Nancy held various roles at New Medico Head Injury Systems, focusing on the development of rehabilitation services and significantly increasing referrals and revenue. Nancy earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Creighton University between 1978 and 1982.
