Kathy Ziecik

Kathy Ziecik, MA, LCPC, currently serves as the Director of Care Coordination at NAMI Chicago since November 2024. Prior to this role, Kathy held multiple positions at Lake Behavioral Hospital from August 2019 to December 2024, including Hospital Assistant Administrator, Director of Clinical Programming, and Director of Utilization Management. Kathy's experience also encompasses roles as a University Supervisor at Northwestern University, Utilization Management Coordinator at Chicago Behavioral Hospital, Clinical Therapist at counseling speaks, Inclusion Specialist at Theodore Roosevelt Elementary, Account Management Support Specialist at AllyHealth, and Substance Abuse Counselor-in-Training at Healthcare Alternative Systems, Inc. Additionally, Kathy contributed as the Lead Research Assistant in the Psychology Department at Boston University. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Communications from Boston University.
