Nancy Pratt

Nancy Pratt is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the Manager of IT Service Desk, Desktop Services, and IT Security at Genesis Healthcare System since February 2010. In this role, Nancy oversees a 24-hour service desk and is responsible for the installation and support of devices utilizing Epic EMR across hospital and ambulatory settings. Prior to this, Nancy worked as a Web Applications Consultant, managing the implementation of the Epic Electronic Medical Records System and overseeing critical projects. Earlier experience at The Longaberger Company includes roles as a Lead Business Systems Analyst and Business Analyst, focusing on technology initiatives and Call Center operations. Nancy holds a BBA in Human Resource Management, a BS in Organizational Communication, and a Master of Engineering Management in Business Management from Ohio University.
