Brandon Poole

Brandon Poole is Chief Human Resources Officer of Genesis HealthCare. As an experienced human resource and operations leader, Brandon brings almost 20 years experience to the organization, primarily serving in the post-acute and long-term care sector. Most recently, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Ethica Health & Retirement Communities, where he previously held the role of Sr. Vice President of Inpatient Operations.

Prior to his tenure at Ethica, Brandon served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Community Health Services of Georgia; Chief Human Resources Officer at Consulate Health Care; Vice President, Human Resource Operations at Consulate Health Care; Chief Human Resources Officer at Advanced Health Service Group; and Vice President, Human Resources at PruittHealth. He holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Troy University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Furman University.
