Carol Rohrbaugh

Carol Rohrbaugh has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in business development and market development. From 1992 to 2007, they worked at HCR Manor Care as the Director of Market Development, overseeing census development for 46 skilled nursing centers in Pennsylvania. Carol also served as the Manager of Market Development during this time. In 2007, they joined Genesis HealthCare as the Vice President of Business Development for the MidAtlantic Division, responsible for sales and marketing strategies for 111 skilled nursing and assisted living facilities in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Ohio, and Indiana. Carol later became the VP of Business Development for the Central/Southeast Division, covering additional states such as Texas, Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska, and Iowa. In 2019, Carol returned to Genesis HealthCare as the Senior Vice President of Business Development, working towards improving market share and building strong relationships with key healthcare systems and organizations.

Carol Rohrbaugh attended Susquehanna University from 1982 to 1985, earning a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Marketing and Advertising. During the same period, they also obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Marketing and English. Additionally, Carol Rohrbaugh has a certification in Richardson Sales Training.
