Flora Cauley Petillo

Flora Cauley Petillo's work experience includes being the Chief Operating Officer at Genesis Physician Services starting in 2022. Prior to that, they held various roles at Genesis, including Senior Vice President for Strategic Initiatives and Clinical Practice, Vice President of Clinical Practice, and Sr. Director of Clinical Practice. In these roles, they were responsible for developing and implementing strategic clinical programs, managing the Advanced Practice Provider staff, and leading key clinical and strategic initiatives. Before joining Genesis, Flora was a Partner at On-Site Specialty Care, LLC from 2000 to 2010.

Flora Cauley Petillo holds an MSN, MS Ed degree in Nursing and Counseling Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania, which they obtained from 1994 to 1996. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at the same university from 1986 to 1990, earning a BS degree in Political Science and Psychology. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Certified Wound Specialist (CWS) from the ABWM Foundation in September 2010 and a certification as a Gerontological Nurse Practitioner from the ANCC American Nurses Credentialing Center in November 1996.
