James Chow

James Chow has almost 30 years of experience in the managed care/health care industry. He has held key management roles in several startups and high growth companies servicing hospitals, health plans, physician organizations, and management services companies.

From 2015 to 2022, Mr. Chow served as the Chief Financial Officer and other titles/roles for Oak Street Health, a leader in primary care physician practices servicing the Medicare population. While at Oak Street Health, Mr. Chow pursued relationships with national and regional health plans via partnership in value-based deals. Previously, Mr. Chow served as CFO (then COO) of AIM Specialty Health for almost 13+ years, assisting the management team with overall growth from approximately 2 million lives to ~40 million lives covered.
