Kathy Oberto

Kathy Oberto has over 30 years of work experience in various human resources and recruitment roles. Kathy started their career at NovaCare Inc. in 1987, where they directed recruitment efforts for a large national corporation. Kathy oversaw corporate recruiting, field recruiting, and international recruitment during their tenure. Afterward, they worked at Wawa Inc. as the Director of Human Resources from 1998 to 2000. Kathy then joined Virtua Health as the Director of Career Center from 2001 to 2006. Following that, they worked at Take Care Health Systems as the Director of National Recruitment from 2006 to 2007. In 2007, they started working at Genesis Rehab Services as the Director of Rehab Recruiting, a role they continued until 2012. Additionally, they held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Genesis HealthCare from 2012 onwards.

Kathy Oberto earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from The George Washington University in 1982. Kathy later pursued a Master of Business Administration degree in Human Resources from Temple University, which they completed in 1988.
