Paul Kline

Paul Kline is a mining professional with extensive experience in operations and management across various companies in the industry. Currently serving as General Manager of Leonora Operations at Genesis Minerals Limited since April 2024, Paul previously held the position of General Manager at Nyrstar from April 2023 to January 2024, overseeing the safe operation of the Middle Tennessee Operation and promoting a high-performance culture. Prior to that, Paul spent several years at Newcrest Mining, fulfilling multiple roles including Manager of Mining and Underground Development at the Red Chris Operation, Manager Mining (Acting) at Telfer Underground, and Principal for NextGen Caving initiatives. Earlier experience includes positions at SilverLake Resources, Gold Fields Ltd., and Barrick Gold Corporation, with a strong foundation as a Graduate Mining Engineer at UNSW.
