Dean Sutton

Dean Sutton has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Dean most recently held the position of Sales Manager at Genesis Motor America starting in April 2022. Prior to that, from July 2020 to April 2022, they served as the Genesis Area Manager West at Hyundai Capital America - Genesis Finance. From October 2014 to July 2020, Dean worked as the Sales Education Manager II at Hyundai Capital America, where they were responsible for training and developing content for various automotive brands. Before joining Hyundai Capital America, Dean worked at TD Auto Finance as a Dealer Finance Sales Officer III from April 2011 to January 2014. Dean started their career at Chrysler Financial in November 1997 and held the role of Sr. Key Account Manager and Dealer Credit Analyst until April 2011. Overall, Dean Sutton brings a wealth of experience in automotive sales, education, finance, and account management to their current role.

Dean Sutton earned a B.A. in Pre-Law (Economics, Political Science, English) from Penn State University, which they attended from 1988 to 1991. After that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration at Webster University from 1992 to 2004. In addition, they obtained a Master's Degree in English from Arcadia University, studying there from 1994 to 1996. Dean Sutton also holds certifications including MBTI® Certification from The Myers & Briggs Foundation, obtained in April 2015. Dean also received teaching certification through The Praxis Series I, II, & III from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in 1996. Furthermore, Dean Sutton obtained a certification in Accounts Receivable and Collections Management from Penn State University in 1995.
