Kevin Honig

Kevin Honig is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in VoIP and telecommunications. Currently serving as a Senior VoIP Test Engineer at Genesis Networks Enterprises since May 2018, Kevin previously held the position of Distinguished Quality Assurance Engineer at Sonus, where responsibilities included creating test plans and developing automated testing capabilities. Prior roles include Senior Systems Engineer at Network Equipment Technologies, focusing on interoperability testing and sales engineering support, as well as Systems Engineer at AT&T Labs, where Kevin contributed to the architecture of VoIP products and the development of business voice services. Kevin began a career as a Software Engineer at MCI Telecommunications Corporation, developing communication interfaces for messaging services. Academically, Kevin holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from New York University - Polytechnic School of Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering Technology from SUNY Polytechnic Institute.
