Flora Cauley Petillo

Flora Cauley Petillo has extensive work experience in the healthcare field. Flora is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Genesis Physician Services since June 2022. Prior to this role, they held various positions at Genesis, including Senior Vice President of Strategic Initiatives and Clinical Practice, Vice President of Clinical Practice, and Senior Director of Clinical Practice. In these roles, they were responsible for the development and implementation of strategic clinical programs, growth and management of the Advanced Practice Provider (APP) staff, and advancement of key clinical and strategic initiatives. Flora also played a significant role in transitioning from fee-for-service to value-based care delivery programs. Before joining Genesis, they were a Partner at On-Site Specialty Care, LLC from May 2000 to January 2010.

Flora Cauley Petillo holds a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and Master of Science in Education (MS Ed) degrees, which they obtained from the University of Pennsylvania from 1994 to 1996. Flora'sfield of study during this time was Nursing and Counseling Psychology. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at the University of Pennsylvania from 1986 to 1990, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree with a focus on Political Science and Psychology. Flora also obtained additional certifications including Certified Wound Specialist (CWS) from the ABWM Foundation in September 2010 and Gerontological Nurse Practitioner from the ANCC American Nurses Credentialing Center in November 1996.
