Melissa Jarratt, PHR, has extensive experience in Human Resources, having worked in various roles at different companies such as Genesis Physician Services, Boys & Girls Clubs of Delaware, The Columbus Organization, and Jenner's Pond Retirement Community. With a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, Melissa has demonstrated their expertise in supporting organizational operations, leading HR functions, and coordinating fundraising events.

GPS is a group practice which specializes in the holistic care of sub-acute, skilled nursing and long-term stay patients. GPS provides high-quality clinical, administrative, and practice management oversight within Genesis Healthcare facilities. Quality of life is always our focus, but getting people back to a healthier state is our promise and what motivates us. We’re handling hospitalist acuity in a sub-acute environment; often completing the plan of care initiated in the hospital.
