Adam Bailey

Adam Bailey has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Adam currently serves as the President and Co-Founder of Genesis Power Solutions since November 2020. Prior to that, they worked at NorthStar Home as the EVP Sales from January 2013 to November 2020. Adam also served as an Independent Consultant at GLG (Gerson Lehrman Group) from 2011 to 2014. Before that, they were involved in dealer program management and business development at Pinnacle Security from March 2010 to January 2013. Earlier in their career, Adam Bailey held the position of CFO at Icon Security Incorporated from April 2006 to March 2010, where they successfully facilitated significant growth and orchestrated key acquisitions.

Adam Bailey earned a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University, which they attended from 2003 to 2007. In 2018, they obtained a Professional Coaching Certification from The Goldvarg Consulting Group at the University of Southern California.
