Baiju serves on the board of Genesis Research Group since 2023, leveraging insights gained from the acquisition of Market Access Transformation (MAT), where Baiju was the CEO from 2015 to 2023. Baiju played a pivotal role in MAT's acquisition by Genesis Research, which transformed healthcare research practices.
