Sonia Kim

Sonia Kim is a Senior Scientist at Genesis Research Group, contributing to the Epidemiology Team since June 2022. Previously, Sonia served as a Graduate Researcher at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health from June 2021 to May 2022, where a master's thesis project earned the Best Thesis Award at the Harvard Chan Thesis Symposium and was presented at the 2022 SPER Conference. An internship at Novo Nordisk in 2021 involved gaining insights into real-world data sources and creating an interactive Tableau dashboard for patient-reported outcomes related to anti-obesity medications. Prior experience also includes serving as a Research Assistant at Massachusetts General Hospital, managing a study focused on promoting physical activity among patients with metabolic syndrome. Sonia holds a Master of Science in Epidemiology with a track in Pharmacoepidemiology from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from UCLA.
