Xiaotuan Liu

Xiaotuan (Michelle) Liu is a knowledgeable professional with extensive experience in the field of research and healthcare analytics. Currently serving as a Principal Scientist in Real World Evidence at Genesis Research since July 2022, Xiaotuan previously held the position of Senior Statistical Programmer III at STATinMED from January to June 2022. Prior roles include various positions at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana, including Medical Economics Analyst, Healthcare Informatics Consultant, and Sr. Healthcare Informatics Analyst from November 2014 to December 2021. Xiaotuan also worked as a Program Monitor at the Department of Health and Hospital of Louisiana State from June 2013 to November 2014 and as a Research Fellow at Pennington Biomedical Research Center from September 1998 to June 2006. Xiaotuan holds a Master's Degree in Applied Statistics from Louisiana State University and a Ph.D. in Biology from Beijing Normal University.
