Anuradha Shahi

Anuradha Shahi has extensive experience in human resources and recruitment, spanning over 20 years. Anuradha is currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Genesis Technology Services Limited since August 2020. Prior to that, they held the position of Director at Conduent (previously Xerox Services) from January 2017 to September 2018. Anuradha also served as the AVP, Head of Talent Acquisition EMEA & APAC at Xerox from July 2015 to September 2018. Anuradha also gained experience at Wipro Technologies, where they held the position of Leadership Hiring- Recruitment Lead for Domain EMEA from July 2010 to January 2013, and Manager Talent Acquisition EMEA from an unknown start date to October 2012. Anuradha began their career at Sapient, working as a Sr Human Resource Associate from an unknown start date to May 2010, and Sr Associate Hiring from an unknown start date to January 2010. Anuradha also worked as a Recruiter at HCL Great Britain from January 2007 to July 2007, and as a Sr Recruiter at Amdocs in 2006.
