Director Of Community Engagement at Genesis Women's Shelter & Support

Nicole Berg has a diverse work experience. In 2016, they worked as a Childcare Worker at Covenant Christian Academy of Colleyville from July 2016 to June 2018. In 2020, Nicole interned at Rescue Her, where they gained hands-on experience in various areas of an anti-trafficking ministry. Nicole completed administrative tasks, assisted with event planning and coordination, and supported volunteer outreach and coordination. Additionally, they worked with local partner ministries in advocacy and outreach efforts, as well as assisted with social media and graphic design. Currently, Nicole holds the position of Director of Community Engagement at Genesis Women's Shelter & Support. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing and advancing the agency's community engagement strategy through donor auxiliary groups, volunteer programs, and community partnerships. Nicole manages three donor auxiliary groups and works closely with their respective boards of directors.

Nicole Berg received their Bachelor's degree in Christian Counseling from Oral Roberts University, where they attended from 2018 to 2021. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Covenant Christian Academy of Colleyville, earning a High School Diploma in 2018. Nicole has also obtained a certification in Sexual Abuse Awareness Training from MinistrySafe in 2022.
