Paula Johnson, PMP and ITIL certified, is an experienced Sr. IT Project Manager with a demonstrated history of leading projects and teams across various organizations. Currently at Genesis10 since June 2016, Paula previously held senior project management roles at Aetna and Coventry Health Care, focusing on process improvements using Lean and Agile methodologies. Notable achievements include overseeing a $23M enterprise-wide network program that completed eight months early and under budget, as well as managing the development and growth of project management teams. Earlier experience includes leadership positions at Kaiser Permanente Kansas City, where Paula was involved in significant system implementations and administrative processes.
